Sidekicks (Parent & Me — Walking - Age 3)

This playful parent-participation class is the perfect start for early walkers! Together, you'll explore fun movement activities that develop balance, strength, and coordination while fostering connection. In our nurturing and safe space, you will have opportunities to bond with your child through music, group activities, and obstacles that encourage safe risk taking and confidence building.

Skills your little one will build:

  • Balancing on beams, rolling on mats, and swinging on bars

  • Gross and fine motor development

  • Sensory play and early social interaction

Parent or caregiver must actively participate. Child must be walking to enroll.

Preschool (Ages 3 – 4)

Our Preschool class introduces foundational gymnastics skills in a fun, structured setting designed just for little learners. Through games, circuits, and imaginative play, children will build strength, coordination, and confidence.

Focus areas include:

  • Body awareness, flexibility, and balance

  • Following directions, simple sequencing, and independence

  • Building early gymnastics vocabulary and skills

Perfect for energetic preschoolers ready to move, listen, and learn with friends!

TK (Ages 4–5)

Tailored for Transitional Kindergarteners (TK), this class builds on preschool basics with slightly more advanced gymnastics skills. We focus on refining coordination and control while keeping the experience fun and age-appropriate.

Students will:

  • Learn basic tumbling, bars, and beam techniques

  • Improve strength and flexibility

  • Develops confidence, listening skills, resilience, and teamwork

Gymnastics (Ages 6+)

Our gymnastics program offers leveled classes—whether your child is brand new or building higher level skills.

We ensure students receive the right level of challenge and support. From learning basic rolls and cartwheels to mastering back handsprings and ariels, we help every gymnast progress with confidence.

Each level focuses on strength, flexibility, coordination, and safe skill development across all apparatuses—floor, bars, beam, vault, and Tumbl Trak.

All levels welcome!

Tumbling (Ages 6+)

Our tumbling classes are offered at multiple levels, allowing students to train at their current ability and progress with confidence. Perfect for athletes in cheer, dance, or gymnastics, each class focuses on floor skills only, with an emphasis on form, strength, and safe progression.

We ensure students receive the right level of challenge and support. From learning basic rolls to connected tumbling passes, your child will receive instruction focused on correct technique.

Each level includes targeted conditioning and flexibility to support strong, safe technique.
All levels welcome!

Adaptive (Ages 6+)

Our adaptive class is thoughtfully designed to support children with developmental, physical, or sensory differences in a safe, structured, and encouraging environment. Each child is guided through individualized activities that help build strength, coordination, balance, and confidence —while having fun!

This class focuses on:

  • Gross motor skill development

  • Social and emotional growth through movement and play

  • Improving body awareness, balance, and flexibility

  • Celebrating progress at every level, no matter how big or small

Parent/caregiver participation is required depending on the needs of the child. The goal is for each child to work toward participating independently, even if support is needed at the start. Children without special needs are also welcome to join.
